18K also know as 750 because it is 75% pure gold. 18K is relatively the purest form of gold that we can use to manufacture quality diamond jewelry. An advantage of 18k is that it catches rhodium better then lower grades of gold. This gives 18K gold a much nicer white luster at first; but unfortunately when rhodium wears off 18K white gold is left looking yellowish and dull. However with yellow gold, 18k will retain the most high quality gold luster possible to practically use with diamond jewelry forever. 18k is heavy, precious, soft and should mostly be used in jewelry generally under 20 grams.

When purchasing a new or pre-owned Rolex there are three documents you need to look for: the instruction manual, the factory service booklet, and the warranty. The factory service booklet provides information on how to service and take care of your watch. The most important document, the warranty, provides the purchaser with the serial number, style of dial, materials information, the original certified dealer, name of purchaser and date of purchase. The warranty is the most important document because it authenticates the watch. Not all Rolex watches come with all three sets of papers. There can be instances when they have no documents at all, or just one or two out of three. Watches missing their warranty are of lesser value and are priced respectively. |

At the point of purchase the warranty information is filled out with the purchaser�s information and date. Now that the watch has transferred ownership from the authorized dealer to the customer, it is officially considered pre-owned. However, realistically because the watch has never been worn, the condition is still new.
If a Rolex watch is described as new on our site it will come with all three of its paper work components (warranty, instruction manual, and factory service booklet), have been recently acquired from the authorized dealer, and it will never have been worn and with no diamond customization. |

TraxNYC offers a 1 month, in-house warranty for free on all diamond jewelry purchased from us. For instance, if you happened to drop your diamond cross down a flight of stairs and a diamond fell out, we will fix it for free. Additionally, you can purchase an extended warranty.
Appraisal
Your purchased merchandise will be appraised and certified by a TraxNYC jewelry expert. Your appraisal will include all the specifics of your item such as carat weight, gram weight, diamond grade, current market value, and more. Your appraisal will also be stamped with our company's corporate stamp, making it an official TraxNYC corporate document. This appraisal is an $80 value! But it's yours free* because we value our customers!
